Hi I’m Ciera, a designer and innovation strategist! I am passionate about making an effort to understand the future and finding ways to design the change we want to see.

I am dedicated to deeply understanding customer viewpoints and making sense of them for clients. With a background in user interface design, I have a proclivity for empathy and a keen eye for small details that drive impactful change.

I co-founded a design consultancy to aid small businesses and non-profits, trained in UI/UX design at Meta, received a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University , and assisted in facilitating culture-building conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion for companies and educational institutions.

Currently you can find me at Jump Associates, guiding Fortune 500 companies through times of uncertainty and possibility.

Outside of the office, you can find me testing new recipes in the kitchen, practicing conversational Portuguese, teaching woodcarving, or dabbling in furniture design.
